Vegetarian Diet

  • Dinner: steak from green leafy cabbage, seaweed salad, fresh.
  • Before going to bed - apple-carrot juice.

Sunday

  • Breakfast: porridge rice with figs, fruit salad, tea with lime.
  • Lunch: salad mix of garlic, beetroot soup, buckwheat chops with broccoli, fruit compote.
  • Dinner: boiled rice, pepper, baked with buckwheat, herbal tea.
  • Before going to bed - mineral water without gas.
